Experience:

- Proven track record in financial analysis, budget management, and fundraising activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
a) Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Drive the annual budgeting process, including setting timelines, coordinating with department/business vertical heads, and consolidating budget data.
- Develop financial forecasts and update them regularly based on actual performance and market conditions.
b)Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and/or analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Provide variance analysis and explanations for deviations from budget and forecasts.
c)Financial Modeling:
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and scenario planning.
- Conduct sensitivity analysis and stress testing to evaluate financial risks and opportunities.
d) Performance Analysis:
- Monitor key financial and operational metrics to provide actionable insights.
- Work with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and cost-saving initiatives.
- Fund Raising and Relations:
a) Capital Strategy:
- Work closely with Group CFO to –
- develop and execute strategies to secure funding for business operations, expansion, and projects
- Identify and evaluate various financing options including equity, debt, grants, and other funding sources.
b) Investor Relations:
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, venture capitalists, and financial institutions.
- Prepare and present business plans, financial reports, and investment proposals to potential investors.
c) Due Diligence:
- Drive the due diligence process for fundraising activities, including financial audits, legal reviews, and compliance checks.
- Ensure all regulatory requirements and investor expectations are met.
d) Banking Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to ensure favorable terms and services.
- Negotiate banking facilities, credit lines, and other financial instruments.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal controls.
- Support Operational team for new requirement of financing for new or existing project(s) by engaging with existing or new banks.
