HR and Admin Officer

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in related field

Location: Chakrapath, KTM, Nepal

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company.
  • Manage communication channels, including emails and phone calls.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, and ordering supplies.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Purchase Order Handling.
  • Coordinate with vendors for materials.

Other Specification: 

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Very proficient in written and speaking English.
