Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in related field

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company.
- Manage communication channels, including emails and phone calls.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, and ordering supplies.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Purchase Order Handling.
- Coordinate with vendors for materials.
