Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement:
- Welcome and assist customers, offering expert fashion advice and personalized service.
- Understand customer needs and provide styling guidance based on current trends, fits, and product offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Use effective selling techniques to drive sales, including cross-selling and upselling.
- Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to help optimize store offerings and promotions.
- Brand Representation:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand’s products, materials, and craftsmanship to represent the brand authentically.
- Actively embody the brand’s values and aesthetic, providing a consistent brand experience.
- Keep the sales floor visually appealing, organized, and in line with the brand’s display standards.
- Market & Product Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, seasonal collections, and competitor products.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on customer preferences and product requests.
- Attend regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Inventory & Stock Management:
- Assist in inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment, and conducting stock audits.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to manage stock rotation and minimize shrinkage.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Record and analyze sales data to track progress and suggest improvements.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory needs.
- Provide insights into customer demographics and purchasing patterns to inform future strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong interest in fashion trends and styling.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and handle customer objections effectively.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and MS Office applications.
