We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and user-centric Product Manager to own the lifecycle of the software products from conception to launch and beyond. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy, technical engineering, and user experience. You will collaborate closely with developers, designers, and business stakeholders to translate customer pain points into scalable, high-impact digital solutions.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define the product vision, strategy, and execution roadmap based on thorough market research, user feedback, and business goals.
- Requirements & Documentation: Translate complex product ideas into clear, actionable User Stories and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for the engineering team.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups) alongside scrum masters and lead engineers to ensure timely product delivery.
- User-Centric Design: Partner with UI/UX designers to build wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys that ensure a seamless, intuitive product experience.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Track, analyze, and report on key product metrics (e.g., user adoption, retention, churn, ROI) to continuously iterate and optimize product features.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal leadership, managing feature prioritization, scope, and product delivery expectations.
🎯 Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or technical background is a strong asset).
- Experience: 2 to 6 years of proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Business Analyst within an IT, SaaS, or software development environment.
- Methodologies: Strong experience working within Agile/Scrum software development frameworks.
- Technical Familiarity: A solid understanding of software architecture, APIs, cloud systems, and modern tech stacks (you don’t need to code, but you must be able to speak the developers’ language).
- Tools of the Trade: Proficiency with product management tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, and analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to simplify technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
🔥 Core Competencies
- Ruthless Prioritization: Ability to say “no” to distractions and balance urgent client requests against long-term strategic product goals.
- Problem-Solving Instinct: A proactive mindset that runs toward complex friction points and finds elegant, scalable workarounds.
- Empathy: Deep empathy for the end-user’s frustrations and a genuine passion for building things that make their professional lives easier.
