Showroom In-Charge

Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in retail or showroom management, preferably in the automotive or EV industry.

Location: Kathmandu, Nepal

Requirements: 

  • Knowledge of electric vehicle technology and related products.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage showroom operations efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in managing an EV or automotive showrooom.

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Sales Management:
  •   Oversee all sales operations in the showroom, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.
  •   Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
  •   Implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive footfall and conversions.
  •   Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive sales experience.
  1. Customer Service & Experience:
  •  Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving customer issues promptly.
  •   Assist customers in selecting the right Ultraviolette F77 bike based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
  •   Conduct test rides and explain the features, benefits, and specifications of the products.
  1. Showroom Maintenance & Upkeep:
  •   Ensure that the showroom is always clean, organized, and presentable, with products displayed attractively.
  •   Manage inventory levels, including the display of bikes, accessories, and promotional materials.
  •   Coordinate with the visual merchandising team to update product displays, signage, and promotional materials as needed.
  1. Stock Management & Reporting:
  •   Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely replenishment of bikes and accessories.
  •   Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
  •   Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and analyses to senior management.
  1. Team Leadership & Development:
  • Supervise, mentor, and train the showroom sales staff to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to sell the products effectively.
  •  Organize regular sales training sessions on product knowledge, customer handling, and sales techniques.
  1. Event Planning & Coordination:
  • Organize and oversee in-showroom events, such as product launches, customer engagement activities, and promotional events to boost sales.
  •  Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional events and initiatives in the showroom.
  1. Financial Management:
  • Ensure the proper handling of payments and adherence to financial processes, including cash management and invoicing.
  • Track daily sales revenue and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
