Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new distributors, retailers, and B2B clients to grow market reach.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement innovative sales tactics to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Promotions & Campaigns: Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product activations.
- Reporting & Analysis: Monitor market trends, prepare sales reports, and provide actionable insights for growth opportunities.
- Product Education: Train retail and distributor partners on product quality, features, and USPs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and stock management.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or beverages. •
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving targets and growing the brand.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
