Key Responsibilities:
FMCG Segment:
- Drive sales of packaged food products, including dry fruits, local grains & pulses, oil & ghee, and flour.
- Identify and expand the customer base in the FMCG
- Ensure proper product placement and visibility in retail
- Minimize product damage and manage expiry
Fruits & Vegetables Segment:
- Promote and sell fresh produce such as guava, lemon, dragon fruits, cassava, and other seasonal items.
- Develop relationships with local vendors, wholesalers, and distributors for fresh produce
- Monitor and ensure the quality and timely delivery of
General Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets across both product
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to capture market
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide feedback to the
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure product
- Prepare and submit regular sales performance
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in FMCG or agriculture-related
- Strong understanding of the local market dynamics in
