J𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
– Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the institutional market.
– Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base in the region.
– Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, set performance targets, monitor progress, provide coaching and support, and ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and customers within the region.
– Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and to senior management.
– Monitor sales performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Sales software and MS Office Suite.
Communication skills, Problem solving, Strong leadership and team management skills.
