Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in Pharmaceutical Marketing
Location: Kathmandu, Nepal
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for pharmaceutical products.
- Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing activities with business goals.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, CMEs, and brand awareness programs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Support product launches and promotional material development.
- Build relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of pharma products, market trends, and regulatory guidelines.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in therapeutic area marketing (specify if applicable).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
