Front Desk Officer

Location: Kathmandu, Nepal
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar field

Job Summary:
The Front Officer will be responsible for managing guest relations, handling reservations, and ensuring smooth front desk operations. The ideal candidate should be welcoming, professional, and efficient in providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
  • Manage guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services.
  • Maintain records of guest interactions and transactions.
  • Handle billing and payment procedures.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest requirements.
  • Address guest complaints and ensure a satisfactory resolution.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel front desk role.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
