Qualification: Bachelor Passed

Office Time:   10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Location: Dillibazar-30 Pipal Bot, Kathmandu

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or a related field.
  • Minimum 1/2 years experience
  • The ideal candidate should be smart, energetic, and possess strong computer knowledge and soft skills.
  • Proficiency MS Office and teams, outlook, onedrive, google products like gmail, google drive, google map, google meet and also viber, whatsapp.
  • Excellent in english communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Must have decision making skills.
  • Client-focused attitude with a passion for providing excellent service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High levels of professionalism and integrity.
  • Proven experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Experience in managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Basic accounting knowledge, proficiency in Excel, and record management skills are essential.
