Qualification: Science Graduate (Min. qualification required)
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in related field
Responsibilities:
- Support in Sales Strategy
- Gather market feedback and share with Marketing.
- Attend meetings (induction, CTP, cycle) to understand campaigns.
- Ensure team readiness for clinic discussions through product knowledge and strategy understanding.
- Validate campaign customer lists.
- Sales Management
- Validate and approve SVL, STP, MTP, MTCPP per policy.
- Assign doctor visit frequency based on potential and ensure compliance.
- Validate new/low potential doctors for addition or removal.
- Monitor performance, develop action plans, and meet core customers.
- Ensure strategy implementation through joint field work (JFW).
- Manage vacant territories and ensure regular visits.
- Review and provide feedback on field efforts weekly.
- Conduct monthly team reviews and report to RBM/ZBM.
- Assist RBM in SA/territory development.
- Supply Chain Management
- Ensure availability of new products and liquidation of non-moving stock.
- Assist SA in handling difficult stockists.
- Reporting & Submission
- Ensure timely submission/approval of MTP, expenses, reports.
- Submit sales and doctor conversion plans.
- Update doctor categories (A,B,C,D) bi-monthly and submit CNIT quarterly.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Ensure doctor attendance at CMEs/conferences.
- Coordinate speakers and follow up with doctors post-activity.
- Self-Development
- Attend training programs and focus on self-improvement.
- People Management
- Induct new SAs and submit reports to HR.
- Allocate extra time for weak SAs and suggest development programs.
- Maintain a pool of potential candidates.
- Celebrate team achievements annually
