Account Manager

Salary Range: (salary Negotiable)

Qualification: Bachelor Passed

Office Time:   6 AM – 2 PM

Job Location: Dillibazar-30 Pipal Bot, Kathmandu

Key Responsibilities:

  • Invoice Management: Generate and issue invoices for student enrollments.
  • Payment Processing: Process payments to colleges and universities accurately and on time.
  • Commission Claims: Submit and track commission claims from universities and colleges using CRM tools (Agentcis).
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records and transaction logs in Excel.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and assist with tax-related filings.
  • Reconciliation & Reporting: Reconcile invoices, payments, and commissions while maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Compliance & Accuracy: Adhere to financial policies, tax laws, and maintain accuracy in all accounting tasks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in the Australian based education consultancy sector is preferred.
  • Proficiency of Microsoft 365 and outlook, OneDrive and teams.
  • Experience in invoicing, payment processing, and financial record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with CRM tools (Agentcis preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience in the education consultancy sector (preferred but not mandatory).
