Key Responsibilities
• Business Development: Conduct cold calls and physical visits to industrial and market areas to generate new business leads.
• Sales Planning: Create sales plans and quotas that align with broader business objectives.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and schedule meetings for senior management.
• Technical Demonstrations: Responsible for product sampling and providing live demos of machinery to customers.
• Market Intelligence: Analyze regional trends, identify new growth opportunities, and maintain a database of competitor strengths and weaknesses.
• Field Marketing: Travel for product marketing, participate in industry exhibitions, and stay updated on new technologies.
• Compliance & Reporting: Follow company guidelines for customer acquisition and tender submissions, providing daily reports to the Product/Marketing Head.
What we’re looking for:
• Education: MBA (Marketing) or B.Tech (Mechanical/Electronics).
• Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers welcome!).
• Skills: Strong negotiation, technical aptitude, and leadership.
• Must-haves: Local residency, a two-wheeler, and a valid license.
• Bonus: Fluency in Hindi.
