Runner (Ultraviolet EV Bike)

Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 1 year of experience in driving both two-wheelers and four-wheelers.

Location: Kathmandu, Nepal

Requirements: 

  • Valid driver’s license and experience in driving both two-wheelers and four-wheelers. 
  • Strong understanding of road safety and vehicle handling, especially with electric vehicles.
  • Physically fit to handle bikes and showroom-related tasks.
  • Reliable, responsible, and punctual with strong time management skills.
  • Basic communication skills in both local language and English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities: 

  1. Test Ride Coordination:
  • Assist in setting up and managing test rides for customers, ensuring that the bikes are in proper working condition and ready for demonstrations.
  • Ensure customers have a safe and informative test ride experience by explaining basic bike features and safety measures.
  • Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of test rides in collaboration with the sales team.
  1. Event Assistance:
  • Support the showroom team during promotional events, product launches, and exhibitions by setting up equipment, materials, and displays.
  • Assist with event logistics, including bike transportation, setup, and coordination during events.
  • Provide hands-on support during event activities, ensuring smooth execution.
  1. Document Handling & Transportation:
  • Safely transport important documents, contracts, and paperwork between different locations, such as customers, registration offices, and internal departments.
  • Ensure that all documentation is handled with care and confidentiality during deliveries.
  1. Showroom Assistance:
  • Assist with general showroom maintenance, including keeping the space clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Help move and organize bikes, accessories, and other showroom items as needed.
  • Support the sales team with minor tasks, including customer service and operational assistance.
  1. Logistics & Errands:
  • Run errands as required, including picking up supplies, delivering promotional materials, or handling small-scale transportation tasks.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure timely completion of errands and assigned tasks.
  1. Inventory Management Assistance:
  • Assist with stock management by helping to receive, count, and organize bikes, accessories, and promotional materials.
  • Help track inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies to the showroom manager.
