Job Summary
The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the hotel/restaurant, ensuring efficiency, quality service, and adherence to company standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to optimize business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall hotel and restaurant operations.
  • Supervise and support staff across different departments.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor budgets, revenue, and expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Oversee inventory management and supplier coordination.
  • Address guest concerns and take corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
  • Conduct staff training and performance evaluations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in hotel/restaurant operations.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
  • Proficiency in hotel/restaurant management software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
